| Hi. I just wanted to tell people that i have set up a APA (Australian PowerBocking Association) myspace. This is a place where you can leave ideas that you have for the APA. leave a comment on there about where you would like to see bocking in the future. Thanks, i hope everyone has myspace or can borrow from a friend. Cheers. | |

| I did it on grass , just ran in and put my stomach in my throat . If you got mats which i think you do , practice first on the tramp ok, but don't try to get any hight from the tramp but try and whip your legs over your head instead, so you have a quicker rotation. Once you legs go over your head your there. When you do it on bocks onto a mat, just run in and do a front flip, fully extended with notucks and come down horizontel, you need to get the feeling of your legs above your head, it's like the zero gravity point and when you feel that you twist ot turn into the landing. hope that helps | |
