Well with a new type of sport or activity, it does come with some new pain. Well it's not that bad but these are things you need to know.
BOCKERS BACK is proberly one of the main adjustments you may encounter. Just think your jumping up and down and your body is proberly not used to it. Your springs on your stilts are quite stiff to begin with out of the box ,you want to jump but it takes a little time to soften them up a bit and until you find a comfortable technique for yourself. Its because of this new motion your bodys muscles are going through that you start to feel sore in parts you wouldn't usually use. The overall concensus from the bocking community is that when you first start on your stilts , you will in 9/10 cases get a sore back. But don't worry , it wont last forever it is just those unused muscles being used. So remember that you take the good with the bad with most things.
